Confidentiality is a critical element of our relationship. I offer clients with a legally binding NDA (non-disclosure agreement). Secure online systems and access to client owned platforms will be discussed as part of the contractual process.

DO YOU TAKE INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS?

While I am based in North America, I absolutely take on clients worldwide while accounting for the time difference and delivery expectations.


DO YOU OUTSOURCE YOUR WORK?

Absolutely not. I will only take on clients and projects that suit my skillsets to specifically avoid the need to outsource any deliverables to third-parties.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS AND TIMELINE TO BEGIN A CONTRACT?

First, we need to see if we’re a good match. After holding a brief consultation call and securing contract signatures the fun begins. In addition to the details of your needs already provided, we will have a deep dive to talk about key goals, what the dedicated hours will be used for based on priorities, and your preferred style for workflow and communication. I will also walk you through my best practices for implementing efficiencies, and the tools I use to ensure transparency and provide real-time updates. Once the proposal is signed off on, you’ll receive an onboarding summary and can breathe a sigh of relief while I begin to tackle the to do list. Depending on the speed of getting through these steps and gaining necessary access to materials and platforms, work can begin within 48 hours.

I utilize a time tracking software, so that every task is tracked to the minute.
