Take a peek around and let me know what you’d like to see taken off of your plate. I’m all about keeping it simple, which is why for my general services I work within a retainer system. It means a set amount of hours will be dedicated to you each week based on the monthly package you select. That said, on a review basis, if there are special content projects (check them out below) that fit within your retainer hours we can work to incorporate them.

Before we get too far ahead of ourselves though, I have to be completely honest. It is very important for me to sync with high-performing leaders who embrace change and truly see the value of their time and mine. So, before any commitments are made there are a few things we need to do.

  1. DISCOVERY CALL | I want to get to know you, why you’re reaching out for help, what your expectations are for seeing that change you need, and how you like to communicate. I’ll also spend a bit of time walking you through my best practices for implementing efficiencies, and the tools I use.

  2. PROPOSAL | Let’s say that first virtual meet-up goes well. Time for us to take it to the next level and with some terms of engagement. We’ll walk through what the deliverables will be, what success looks like for each, and how many hours you’d like to reinvest back into your day.

  3. KICK OFF | You’ve signed on the dotted line and received an onboarding summary, which means we’re officially in business. Sit back and breathe a sigh of relief while I begin to tackle the to-do list.
