During this 20 minute call we will also spend a bit of time walking you through best practices for matching with the right partner and implementing efficiencies.

Feeling good after your first meeting? You will receive a formal proposal outlining key deliverables, success metrics, time commitments, and meeting cadences for your acceptance.

During our initial onboarding meeting, we work together – you, your Virtual Assistant, and I – to clearly outline key priorities.
In the first session, we'll collaboratively define project priority levels based on time sensitivity, business goals, and your overall vision. This ensures your Virtual Assistant tackles your most critical tasks first.
A second session will focus on efficiently setting up your preferred access points and necessary tools, along with providing your Virtual Assistant with all the necessary instructions to hit the ground running.
Once complete, you'll receive a comprehensive onboarding summary for your reference.
